All services conducted at a flat rate of $100/hour unless otherwise stated.
Write Up Services
Income/expense entry, bank reconciliation, profit/loss, balance sheet, A/R summary, and bank statements. ($100 minimum monthly charge for up to 4 bank/credit card accounts.)
Full cycle/charge bookkeeping
Accounts payable/receivable, payroll (or entry), sales tax, bank reconciliations, loans and credit reconciliations, year end reporting, financial reports, 1099 filing.
Quickbooks setup
Setup or transfer of data from Quickbooks Desktop to Quickbooks Online. Minimum charge of $350.
budgeting/Debt reduction
Business and/or personal budgets and debt reduction strategies. Includes a monthly and yearly written plan based on your income and expense details. ($75 for initial 1 hour consultation; subsequent fees based on need.)
consulting/training
Quickbooks Desktop, Quickbooks Online, Quicken, and Xero training and/or consulting. Includes training in all aspects of program functions and capabilities.
Financial Literacy Classes
Through my Building Independence courses, I teach the foundations of personal finance and life skills (“adulting”). Classes are offered in a variety of time frames, but work best as 16 week “intensive” or 28 week courses (meeting 1x weekly). Cost for 16 week course is $300/student, 28 week, $400/student. Cleaning up books
Account reconciliation, income/expense verification, account tax details. Preparation of tax reporting documents and audit reports. ($150/hour. Forensic investigation does not include asset recovery or court testimony.)
Payroll services
Primarily provided in conjunction with Quickbooks Online. Monthly/bi-weekly payroll processing, monthly/ quarterly tax filing, w-2/1099 generation. Requires Quickbooks Online Payroll service subscription (rate based on number of employees and timekeeping needs) in addition to Quickbooks Online subscription.
Other payroll program administration services (ADP, Landmark, Gusto, Square) available at an hourly rate of $100.
tax payments and sales tax returns
Online quarterly tax payments to the Franchise Tax Board and Internal Revenue Service. Sales tax payable tracking and CDTFA filings/payments.
Quickbooks online wholesale discounts
As as Quickbooks Online “accountant” business, I offer my clients discounts off the retail price of Quickbooks Online subscriptions, including payroll. This applies to new subscriptions only. For information on Quickbooks Online see here.
